ACCA was founded by Er . Shiv kumar khare in the year 2001 with a mission of SSSAK i.e. SANSKAR, SEVA, SHIKHA, Anushasan and KARMA in the students. He inspired SSSAK from his father Late Shri PANNA LAL JI KHARE, a spiritual saint and karma yogi who was born in 19TH Oct 1909 in panna district of Madhya Pradesh and went to heaven in 19th Aug1990 who wanted to provide above mission to the modern generation.

Er Shiv Kumar Khare, by profession, is a chemical engineer. He did chemical engineering from Government college of engineering & Technology, Ravi shankar university Raipur in the year 1969 & post graduation in Chemical engineering from Indian institute of Technology (IIT) Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in the year 1971. He was Assistant. Professor in the chemical Engineering department BHU. While in service he completed his Diploma in personal management (DPM) from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhawan.

Our contribution towards cultural and spiritual heritage comes through “Shri Sai Sudama Vikas Samiti“ Registered under society act of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. The mission of the society is to work for the upliftment of the weaker section and our mission is “EDUCATION FOR ALL“

It is a Sikkim State Government University incorporated under the State Legislative Act IX of 1995 which offers over 50 Graduate & Post Graduate programmes which are approved by the UGC, GOVT OF INDIA, MINISTRY OF HRD and DEC. We offer Full Time (Regular Classes), Evening Classes, Weekend classes to our existing 350+ students. It might be noted that we are one of the few institute which offers Classes through VSAT. It is a technology where the lectures of the professors at Manipal or Bangalore studio is live telecasted here at our learning center and students can have an interaction with them through this technology.

Once the student enters our learning center, the entire responsibility is ours. We guide them as parents and assist them to complete their Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and after completion of course we assist them to get a good, respectable job in the industry. For the students who come from a finically weaker background, we assist them to study and work together to reduce the financial burden on their parents.
